This one is something I have been wanting to do for a long time, and a little different for me.
Next to carbon steel, copper is my favorite metal! I really like how it has such a warm look to it, and with the heavy hammer texture it has a very "soft" feel. The hammered texture continues around the entire edge of the spine.
Here are the specs.
OAL - 5 5/8"
Blade - 2 1/2"
Steel - 1/8" saw steel
Handle - peened copper slabs
Sheath - 10oz leather w/ with matching copper and brass accent
Price - $165 shipped in the conus
Paypal prefered to bentendick@gmail.com
Heat treat is conducted by me in a digitally controlled Evenheat Kiln.
