What mix is your mokume? You can use plain household amonia to darken copper. But it will also darken brass And many other copper alloys.

Hi,
Baldwin's Patina from Reactive Metals is great. Stan Fujikawa (sp??) turned me onto this. It gives great contrast between the various metals.

Gday guys,
Good ol' lemon juice plucked straight out of the back yard works pretty good for me.

Cheers Bruce
