I placed a $240 order near the beginning of January with CopsPlus and was basically given the runaround for over a month. They charged my card (not authorized - charged) the day after I placed the order. At first they ignored me, then promised I'd have the knives next week, then the next week. When I demanded a refund, they told me it would take 7-10 days. 12 days passed with no answer from their customer service department. I finally resorted to calling my bank and filing a complaint. I got my money back, but what hell I had to go through for it. These people are amateurish at best. Avoid them like the PLAGUE. I order at least 10-12 knives a month from different sources and I can honestly say that COPSPLUS is the WORST online retailer of knives I've come across.

I think I recall some talk elswhere about problems like what you experienced.It might have been on one of the gun forums I visit.Glad you got it taken care of with your bank.

I have ordered from them also. Ordered a Kershaw mini Mojo, only found out later that the release date wasn't until a couple months from then. Sent them numerous emails requesting a refund, because they had hit up my card. Got the mini Mojo a couple months after it was released to the market, but they never honored my request. Will not order from again.
 
I ordered something from them back a few years, sorry, I forget what it was...:(

... anyway, after saying it was in stock and taking my money, they said they did not have it but would soon be getting it in... I waited and waited then got tired of waiting, sent them emails to cancel the order and refund my money... nothing, sent them some heated emails, nothing.
Finally did get the item but sure left a bad taste in my mouth.
Never again I say...:thumbdn:
