If it's made in Pakistan or China I wouldn't trust it.

If it is like the version I have it has a magnetic closure. I consulted with Grok. I asked where this sheath was made. The hides come from Pakistan, the sheath is assembled in China. Grok is really good with questions like this.

A big source of cow hides is Pakistan, and Guangdong Province in South China is the center of the Chinese leather industry. But I suppose Chrome is making that up, too.

Pakistan is not known as a major source for Cowhide, Mexico Spain and Portugal are much more prominent sources.

And I don't care where the leatherwork industry is in China, they're still china and their leather & leatherwork are something I have less faith in than I do some other things.
