How is it done? I have tried twice now and just gotten the printing to show up in block form. How do you get the blue block around the "cut and paste" and the pics to transfer also? I am somewhat computer illiterate so type slow so I can understand it!:D Thanks for the help!

If you click the "quote" button under the post you'll get the whole post, like this.

You can delete whatever parts you don't need to quote -- no need to quote a whole long post when you only need one sentence.

Another way is to copy the portion you want to quote, hit the "reply" button, and then either type in the vBulletin code yourself or click the "Wrap
tags around selected text" icon above the window you type your post in. (You have a choice of three different message editors here; details of how to do things vary between them.)

Practice in this thread -- try quoting this post, or parts of it. :)

Thanks Cougar. I appreciate your help and putting up with me. The vb code is going to take some reading, but I'll give it a whirl. I sit at one of these things all day, but it's already programmed and we call our MIS people when we need something done. Thank you again!

Below, in blue, is what Cougar stated in his post

Take the text above and insert it between the two bracketed quote tags. The first quote tag is

What you get is. . . . .
