I just got this knife back from Harold Corby,I sent it to him for a quick going over.He sent back a note( And his old catalog with this model in it) that said this model is called The "Davey Crockett Combat Bowie",and that he couldn't believe how Great the condition of the knife was for being as old as it is.He told me that he hasn't used brass on his knives for over 20 years, making this knife over 20yrs old,and the price for it 20 years ago was $800 for the basic version.This particular model was $850.The blade steel is 154cm.
