Hello again,

Available is a necker that is double cord wrapped Parachute Cord over a metallic foiled emerald leather. The blade is gun kote from brownell's. This blade is an edge quenched 1080 tool steel.

Measurements:

Overall: 4 1/16"
Edge: 1 3/4"
Thick: 1/8" 1080

Comes with a leather neck sheath with a 550 cord lace....
Available for shipped inside USA.
A great Stocking Stuffer.... Xmas just around the corner.......
Afzelia burl and hand not included... but will throw in the bottle-cap....

Hey Daniel, do you make any knives that size/design out of your cable damascus. I'd like to get my brother and myself a matched set of smaller neck type/ boot knife type blades for Xmas. They don't have to be exact but close would be cool. I really love the fact you use the cable and since he and I have both done marine work, it'd be a good choice me thinks.

I love seeing the cable pattern in the handles of your blades and the designs they leave in the blades.

Would like to keep them under 100 bones if possible. And I think I'd try to get a Kydex multi position sheath made for them.

If you can tell me if that's possible I'd appreicate it.

I really like the last one you put up for sale on here.. the flattened cable maybe 6" long.... only smaller in size like this one.

I really like the green ... metallic foil leather? Where did you get it and how does it actually look (when not cord wrapped)?

The metallic foil leather is a 2-3 oz chap weight suede that has a metallic colored foil heat pressed at the tannery.... I have some pics at the bottom of the page at http://www.dpcustomknives.com/DesignByOrder.html

I swear I just made that exact same knife only I used green paracord and didnt use the foil. I would have taken it otherwise. Yours lookes better than mine though.
 
Ghostguy6, I used military issue 550 cord that I gutted and I coat it completely with epoxy then clean it up with a coffee stirrer...the wooden ones.... they are free with the purchase of coffee.... LOL>..LOL.... I always ask if I can take extra though, the paracord is also coated to make it stiff enough to act as an extension to the handle... at least that is what the feel tells my brain....
