Cord Wrapped Badger Attack (PART 2) She's back!

That's purrrtty darn cool!
how long did it take to get your knife back? I've never dealt with the custom shop before, and until recently I didn't even know it existed.

Wow! That is indeed a stunner, Salvo. I'm glad you took mine and Dave's advice. That is now an heirloom.

Congrats on a beautiful knife, and may you use it on good health!

Btw...feels amazing now doesn't it?! Mine will never leave me either. It was an unexpected gift from a friend, and it is priceless. If i ever beat it bad enougb, I may send it in to the spa for a treatment similar to yours. It came out wonderfully, and you are the ONLY person with one like it. Congrats again!

Oh, and now you just need a sheath. If you decide on Kydex, sleek to Brian at Okuden (Oku) as he is the man who made the sheath the wounded badger was in the day it tool a .40 call shot and saved its owners life.

Oh My Freaking Good Golly Miss Molly!!!:cool:

Just flat out amazing.....wow!

Can I have one? Pulease!

Many Congrats Bro....hope you carry it.

WoW! That is a beauty! Did Busse say if it was a A2 or INFI blade? I would guess it was INFI by the large holes and that they were willing to give it a satin finish, you don't see to many A2 blades with a satin finish.

Garth said that Jerry said it's is A2 and that a satin finish would be fine since I live in the Mojave desert/Vegas.
I am going to have Chuddy Bear do a nice leather sheath for it. He did one for my RMD and it's nice!

A cool custom AND dried Amy-0 drool. That just bumped the price another $500!

Great lookin blade. Wow.

Wow, I never read your original thread until now. And to think you got that puppy for 175.00. Just an absolutely amazing find....

Congrats....

Les.

It looks like they took a bit off of the tip. What is the new blade length?

iamtoast, I'll have to measure it for you after work today. I don't think it was shortened any more than it took to reprofile the secondary grind.

iamtoast, the blade measures 4 3/4" from the tip to the front of the scales. What does yours measure?
