This is the first forged knife I ever finished so I spent a few days wondering if I should let it go or keep it but here it is.

Overall lenght is 7 1/2" blade lenght just under 4"

5160 steel, selectivelly heat treated - clear temper line seen on the hand
rubbed blade. Etched finish on the ricasso, top and bottom of the blade. The back of the blade is rounded for thumb comfort.

resin soaked, cord wrapped handle over slabs of cunduru wood (bright red with darker streaks)

leather pouch style sheath made by Ariovaldo Lopes.

This knife is very light and comfortable to handle and carry.
