Got this from Joe Cordova (Mastersmith) at the Blade show a few years back. I don't know the steel for this, but it's definitely carbon. Handle is a piece of bamboo and is very very comfortable. Sharp, thin, and light knife, great for the kitchen. I have used it a few times as a paring knife and fruit slicer.
4" blade, 1/16" thick at the spine. 8-1/2" overall. No sheath.
