Well, you've heard the story before. I hate to get rid of these two knives, but Daddy needs some new shop toys. I think you'll like them both.
First up is a Core Knife Slim Tasker. This one probably hurts the most to sell because I absolutely love everything about it. From the way it seems made for my hand to the color selection of the scales. I'm not sure of the date I bought it, but I do know I bought it from Michael before he left Washington state. It's as I received it. I just couldn't bring myself to cut anything other than paper with it.
It's made from 9/64ths 1095 with a convex grind. 4" blade with spalted finish. About 8 1/2 overall. Comes with the sheath shown and it holds the knife solid. The handles are aged Ivory micarta over orange G10 and Natural Brown Micarta.
Weekend Price Drop: $SOLD including FREE USPS Priority Shipping. USPS Money Order or PayPal to: donaldlawson@gmail.com
Next up is another safe queen of mine. I ordered this one direct from Chris himself. This one is a Bushpik. It's made from 1/8" 1095 high carbon. It has a 4" blade and a 4 3/4" handle. Once I saw the handles, I just could bring myself to use it although that's what Chris intended this knife to do...be used!
It's just like I received it from Chris at KFU with the exception of some sheath rash on the left side where it rubs the sheath when taking it in and out (see pic). The knife 'snaps' securely into the leather Universal sheath (I think this sheath is awesome and perfect for the outdoors). The handles are Curly Shedua with stainless pins and tube.
It's sharp! And would make a great bushcraft, hunting or hiking knife!
