Man, you've really hit a nerve here IG. I love the corned beef and cabbage. My wife will only make it for me ~2x per year. (gas)
What the devil is chourico? Some kinda crazy spice that'll melt your face off?
I love corned beef and cabbage but like Andy said... *whew*... I had a reuben last week... the gf wouldn't come near me for two days :foot:
I can't understand why your GF would go near you at anytime.HEHEHEHEHE!!!!
Chourico, is a smoked pork sausage. It's loaded with all kinds of spices and comes in Hot or Extra Hot.I'll let you guess which one I get.

Hey IG,
That's sounds like fun. We'll be doing it here too. My step daughter, an O'Toole, insists. I naturally comply with her wishes. Of course as a Dwyer, used to be O'Dwyer a few generations back, I always had it for St Paddy's. Indeed my Dad, to this day, calls it Irish Ice Cream!
