Correct angle for Lansky sharpening system

I will be the owner of a Benchmade AFCK and was wondering what the correct angle and method is to sharpen this folding knife. I also have a Syderco full serrated and I can't seem to get it right. My Benchmade will have a partial serrated 3.9 " ATS-34 blade.
