Corrosion

So I have a CRKT Pharaoh that I have really used and abused. Lately I noticed some light brown spots along the blade and around the thumb studs. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the corrosion?

Any of the following. Semi-chrome paste, Fitz paste, fine wet/dry sandpaper, scotch brite. Then apply a very light coat of oil. If using around food use mineral oil.
