Have to get my bib I'm drooling again.I enjoyed seeing the picture of Cosimo. I however pictured him Geppetto like with grey hair. Or even a bit Chef Boyardeeish. Now I know heās younger, thinner and better looking than Iā¦.and he isnāt even bald.

Wow! Such a stellar design.I am a wee bit late making this post. I put myself on a sabbatical when it came to nonwork-related Internet recreation, so my apologies for the late acknowledgements.
I got this beautiful knife back in November, and I have a few folks to thank. First, Bob (Rufus1949 ); he put me in touch with Cosimo and got this whole journey started. Many thanks, Bob, without your guidance, this project may not have happened. Second, Charlie (
waynorth ); the tariff situation here in the States makes international shipping rather complicated. Cosimo was able to work with Charlie to get his knives to many of us in these strange times. Thank you so much Charlie, you are always appreciated.
Of course, I cannot thank Cosimo (Cosimo De Benedetto ) enough. Working with him was an absolute delight. Not only was he willing to entertain my unique request, but he executed it brilliantly. It's a beautiful knife and one that I haven't stopped carrying since I received it. Thank you, Cosimo, this knife is a treasure, and I look forward to working with you again in the future if possible.
Happy New Year!
