Cosmetic fault

Use a cotton swab (like a Q-tip) wetted with the acetone. In the small amount the swab will hold, it shouldn't be a concern for cleaning Delrin. The swab will facilitate more direct access inside the milled recess in the cover. Acetone evaporates very fast while you're working with it, which further lessens the risk of doing much damage, if any.

Glues work best with surfaces that are Not Smooth . It gives it something to hold onto . I will usually scratch the 2 surfaces and clean them up . I do not understand why Case does not used Pinned Shields . Maybe they do on the high priced ones ????? I have only 2 Cases that I have carried much and 1 fell out and 1 did not . The one that fell out has been Super Glued and has not fallen out yet but has not been carried much , in part because I Do Not want to lose the Shield . Good luck getting your's to stay in my friend .
