Cosmic sak giveaway.

wow, nice find and a great gesture to pass it on. i've been looking for a super tinker to fondle. i'll take an entry. :-)

Carl, those books were a wonderful gift and I just wanted to take a moment to thank you again, so this is not an entry. A cool giveaway.

I love the idea of this knife getting a "second" chance in life. Count me in and thanks for the give away.

Thanks for the giveaway.

If won, I would not keep it, but give it to some one else.

I'll jump in on this one, but not for me; I have several SAK's anyway. (I love Swiss Army Knives!)

If it comes my way, I'll make sure it goes to one of the scouts in our troop. About once a year we give several new boys their knives, when they get their chip.

Thanks for the chance Carl!

I have several Vic's so I would give it to one of the boys in the scout troop I work with. I'm going to camp this summer as one of the advisors and I would keep my eyes open for some young man who is deserving and who needs a good knife. Thanks for the opportunity to be in the drawing.

Very nice GA Carl. Please don't include me though as I would like for someone to get it as I already have one.

I'll try. My second son is just now to the point that I can trust him with a small treasure like this. At 9-years old, this would be his first knife, and he is the first one of my boys to show a real interest in my knives.

My oldest boy is in Scouts, but his troop doesn't allow non-locking blades, so I usually lend him on of my modern locking knives when he camps.

Thanks,

Good one Carl! Im up to putting a nice cosmic SAK in the rotation.Heres a russlock that has a cosmos flavor to it.

This is not an entry.

That's a great find! My first knife was a Vic Super Tinker; from age 11-19ish, I had it on me every second I wasn't at school. It was even in my pocket when I flew overseas back in 1999! :D

Congrats to whoever winds up with it!

I said I would draw a post number on Sunday, and here we are.

So, after putting all the same size little squares of paper in my old bucket hat, the number drawn was 22!

Winky, send me an e-mail with your address so I can get this off in the morning. Enjoy your new super tinker.

Carl.

Congrats to winkydo, please take good care of that SAK.
And, of course, thanks to Carl for being Carl :)

Great idea and really cool of you to give it away. I don`t want to be included, but wanted to say I hope it goes to a young person who will take good care of it. Even tho SAKs are fairly cheap compared to traditional knives, they deserve love too.
