Cosmo contact wheel

Hello all,

I have an oddball contact wheel that someone might be able to make some use of. The brand is Cosmo, and the wheel is used. I haven't used it before, and don't know what the markings "NG" mean.

Outer diameter is just under 12", inner diameter is right about 8 1/2", and the contact surface is just a bit under 3".

Price is [pulled due to inability to test the wheel] shipped to USA.

I was wondering about that. Gonna pull this since I can't be sure if it works properly.

It has an arrow that points to a range on the wheel. I would guess the rubber is starting to separate from the wheel in this area, or that the rubber is damaged there.

In my experience 'NG' is for No Good
