Hey guys I nearly forgot but while I was on Salt Spring Island at the W/End ( as shown in my Elves post ) I bumped into a knife maker that I had been reading about.
His name is Seth and he is a really down to earth guy but really seems to know his stuff when it comes to knives. He appears to be buds with Greg Lightfoot so you know he is in good company !!!
He had some really unusual stuff planned for the future but I wouldn't want to steal his thunder so will keep that under wraps. He did have one of his knives with him which had a blade of about 4 " and was made of ATS 34, it really did look and feel like a first class piece of work !
Anyways we don't have too many custom makers in B.C so just thought you might want to check his work out....

I'm so glad to see him mentioned here. He is a great guy. I've had him make me four knives to my design, which he did most excellently. He put the 'Trailmaker' I designed up on his site; http://www.cosmoknives.com/index1.htm (hope that's it).
I'm hoping to do more business with him in the future, as my internet knife shop gets some legs. He is a young guy, with a great future and career in knifemaking ahead of him.:thumbup:
