Can anyone tell me why the Bodegas with zirconium inlays were released with such a premium on price? They were $1,950, which is a bit hard to chew for a knife that isn't full custom. My assumption is that they were trying to recoup the cost of preparing the zirc and found the process to be unprofitable (hence limited production of these).
