could i pay kershaw to mirror polish my leek?

i dont want to mirror polish it myself cuz i dont have the proper tools to do so, and even if i did i wouldnt know how to get around the thumb stud. so does kershaw do that sort of thing for a fee? thanks guys.
 
No fairly sure they won't do that. Didn't thy make a polished leek?
 
You can do it yourself with a Dremel, a felt wheel/bob, and some Flitz or Mother's Mag Wheel polish. Or send it off to one of the custom guys. Its no biggie.

Here's my first try at it. Its not a true mirror finish, but rather just somewhat reflective. You could keep going until you get the look you want.

Interesting. We are never content with our knives. I've bee stone washing several of my blades.
 
I used to see a number of polished Leeks on the 'bay'. Most or all were customized with exotic scales by a company called Santa Fe Stoneworks. Didn't know if they did the polishing themselves, or if they were utilizing the factory-polished ones referenced by Morrow above. Looked pretty nice, either way. I was tempted to buy one for a long time, but never got around to it.
