Hello all. Due to having to go through an extended VA service-connection process, I am selling off my prized axe collection. I will be listing more axes in the coming week. Hopefully these axes will find a good home. Thanks for looking.
1) (SOLD) Council Tool Velvicut Boy's Axe, 5160 Steel, brand new, never used with the original box, manual and leather sheath. This is an excellent axe. It has perfect alignment, is well seated in the head, and near perfect handle grain. As it came from the factory, it has its original hair shaving edge. I really hate to sell this, but due to my situation, it has to go. $124.00 Shipped to the lower 48.

2) (SOLD) Collins Homestead Hatchet Head with Custom Belt Sheath and Convexed Edge- This hatchet is from an unfinished project I started several years ago. When I bought it, the head was in almost perfect condition, but the handle had been damaged. I profiled the edge to a hair shaving sharp edge and before I cut the handle off, I pitted it against my Gransfors Bruk Wildlife Hatchet. Amazingly, it outchopped my Gransfors easily and held an edge just as well. I never got around to re-handling it and so it just sat for years in a bin. With a new handle, this would be an amazing hatchet. $45.00 Shipped. Paypal preferred.
