Counter bore supplier

I'm in need of a counter bore and it's been ages since I've bought let alone used one. I'm in need of one that will counter bore a 3/8" flat with a 1/4" pilot. Any recommendations on a supplier? Thanks. Making some carbide file guides and need to counter bore for the allen head bolts that are 1/4" X 20. The head is just under 3/8" with a flat seat.

I've gotten mine from MSC direct. While we are at it, I'm looking for an 1/8" (.125) counter bore. Not an 1/8" pilot, but an 1/8" cut. USA Knifemaker has a carbide model for $80. I would prefer Cobalt or even HSS, and I would prefer it to be cheaper. Any ideas??
