alright guys i'm looking for a #0 counterbore. tough to find em. i've only found one at mcmastercarr but its 13 bucks. anywhere else i can find em? maybe at a better price? thanks guys

Yo Mike!
Just for my own information, is #0 really small, or really big? My experience with this stuff is limited, so anything can learn is good!

Check your pm's, btw!

really small man

i believe the pilot is like .059" and the cutter is .110"

for use with #1 screws if you turn down the heads a little

Mike,
If your going to use it for screw heads why not just use a drill the same size? Drill the small hole first then the larger one for the screw head. The larger drill will always center itself in the smaller hole and follow the path it made.

You could make one! Buy A number 35 drill which is .110 and turn down your own pilot.

yeah i could do that chuck but i'm too lazy. rather spend some time making the knives

but i guess i could give it a try and see how the results are. if they work well then i'll stick with em. i could use an old straight remer to turn down too. probably more precise and better suited for the operation. we'll see.

keep me coming guys
