Counterfeit Zero Tolerance knives on eBay

Any 562 that is listed for $41 is without a doubt FAKE, period. There will not be any customer service for it either.
The most apparent??? Blade steel and hardware. There is no way to tell what steel is being used on your knife.
Stay off that nasty Bay!

Too good to be true, a ZT 0562 G10 for $41.22?

I am comparing it to my 0562CF and the discrepancies are very subtle to my eye. Most apparent, the missing screw on the frame lock.
I’m thinking about being much more careful on eBay now. I’m very new here and seeing, if it is indeed fake, this is quite shocking.

Um yes, they ship from china yet are claimed to be made here, not china. Is that not clear? This is counterfeiting 101.

I understand the concept , just not how you said it at first . There are also counterfeits of name brand knives (that are manufactured in China for the brand) . If I see a name brand not normally sold from China being listed from say Hong Kong , I assume it's a clone .

Nope. I said it correctly. You are getting personal where it it is not necessary to any sort of discussion. Proof being you understand what I said.

Kershaw has knives from China with their brand on it. ZT does not. Or are there legit ZT branded knives from china i am not aware of? The knife this thread is about is not a clone like many ganzo knives (although the counterfeit axis lock they use is so). This thread is about a counterfeit ZT that ships from china while claiming to be made here that costs $40 something. I'm not sure why you are taking issue with this.
