Ordered some stuff from them recently including their inexpensive button flashlights. 4 of the 8 did not work properly. Called them, no answer. Left message, no response. Emailed the next day, no response.

Anyone know about these guys and their follow-up for problems?
 
ive ordered many times from them. always rec'd items quickly and in good working order.

perhaps they are just closed for the holidays.

i suggest waiting until jan 2-3 and give them a call.
 
CSG, I ordered, among other small things, some of those little keyring LED flashlights twice in recent weeks. Both times the order arrived in about a week, all the lights worked fine, and they included one more than I had ordered -- at no charge. Is it possible you failed the see the little clear plastic safety tab that is stuck into the switch to keep them from turning on before you plan to use them? it's kind of hard to spot at first and about the size of my little fingernail. If you have a problem I'm sure they will make it good. I suspect they are both very busy this time of year and trying hard to take a little time off with their families, too. I think they are good folks.
 
Nope, I saw the little plastic tabs. The failure is in the switches on half these lights failing to fully engage so the light blinks off.

Not too stressed as we're only talking about $8 worth of flashlights. The rest of the order was fine and arrived promptly. I was just curious if this is a solid outfit when it comes to little issues like this. In my business, taking care of a problem, no matter how small, is priority one. There's really no excuse for their failure to respond after three days and two messages, family or not. My business is also Internet based and therefore is 24/7.
 
They've behaved with integrity, in my experiences. If you try to contact them during regular business hours, instead of during the holiday vacation between Christmas and New Year's Day, then I expect you will find them to be responsive.
 
They are well-respected at the other forums I regularly visit, and I've had excellent from them. No worries. :thumbup:

My first experience with them was several years ago.

Had some questions, so called. The guy answered all questions I had about products, the company, etc., which took almsot 1/2 hour, and I never got the "hurry it up" feeling during the conversation.

They ended up stickin in a few freebees almost 2 months later when I ordered.

Top notch people in my book.
 
county comm is one of the best places on the net. i have it bookmarked and shop there often...always feel good about my purchases.
 
So here it is, January 7th and no one has responded to my phone call or emails.
 
Just reopened on the 4th (Friday). I am sure that you and they will connect as they are great folks to do business with!!
 
It would probably be a good idea to try and contact them again. They may have a huge amount of phone messages and emails to go through.
