I placed an order for a couple of items and everything seemed to be normal. It was shipped quickly and was supposedly out for delivery. The UPS driver couldn't find the package, however.
This was on a Friday and the delivery was rescheduled for Monday. I figured no big deal, it just got temporarily misplaced and will turn up. Then I get an Exception Notification from UPS stating that the package was damaged and the contents were missing. This was obviously their fault, not County Comm's and if it had not happened I would have been more than happy with the purchase.
A couple of days passed without hearing anything from County Comm, so I decided to email them to make sure they were aware of the situation(even though they should have received the notification from UPS as well). I got through after a couple of attempts and they responded that they would check into it asap. I didn't get a response to any subsequent emails so I finally opened a Paypal dispute about a month after the initial order. After 2 weeks with no response to that I had to escalate it to a claim to get a refund through Paypal.
I can honestly say that I will never do business with them again. I was reluctant to place an order in the first place since they only ship through UPS. The lack of communication and lack of concern with the problem were the most irritating things about the situation though. It's easy to be a good seller when things go smoothly, but when something goes wrong is when you find out how good they really are.
