I have a CountyComm Universal Glow Marker for sale. It is made up of small pieces of the glow material encased in an epoxy type body.
This is brand new and no longer available on their website. It glows for up to 24 hours.
It will never wear out, just put it back under any light to recharge it.
It has a hole drilled thru it for a keyring, cord, etc so you can attach it to anything you like.
