1) GEC Northfield #38 English Whittler, New in tube. Wonderful specimen, has the nice deep, rich dyed bone and not the lighter spottier stuff that looks like Case bone. Nice 6-6.5 pull on the main, 5-5.5 pulls on the secondaries. Hair of rub on the pile side of the main from opening. Recouping funds from a dealer at $185 sold
2) GEC Tidioute #85 Cap Lifter, Excellent Condition, uncarried and unused but I did cut in a shallow access notch for the lifter blade after the success with my micarta knife, so can't call it like-new. The modification went flawlessly and looks factory. BEA-UTIFUL action and snap on this one, 6.5 pull on the main, 7 pull on the lifter. Bit of haze around the etch from the factory, not uncommon with GEC etches these days. Recouping funds from a dealer at $155. Now $150 sold
