Stopped by my knife & flashlight crack dealer today, handed over a wad of cash and got my score for the week:

A Surefire G2Z-L (LED) tan Nitrolon flashlight with 80 lumen output (3 hours 80 lumens, 11 hours total runtime) + a Surefire E1L Outdoorsman (45 lumens HIGH 3.8 hour runtime, 3 lumens LOW 48 hours runtime)

the E1L will be the general navigation light and map reading light, with lots of runtime. The G2Z-L will be the light up the area, signaling, search light.

video: first light spot is the 3 lumen , then the 45 lumen of the E1L, then its the 80 lumens of the G2Z-L. (Unfortunately the camera dims the lights.......they look different in real life)

Very nice, now you just need a malkoff for that G2Z.

nice score on the E1L, i've had mine for a few months and its been a great little flash light. really handy pocket light. i gotta go stop by jays and pick up some sure fires myself once money roles in.

cheers

yup, i think we need to pile all our lights into our packs and go zombie hunting with lights and knives.

After May is over i will have more flashlight money. Going to pick up the SureFire M6, M4 Devastator and the 10X Dominator.

ayup!it has the aluminum head too, so i can get Genes highest output MCE drop-in....

That head won't solve all the problems, still use caution when running a high output module in that host. The metal head will help but still will not transfer heat like a all metal body.

Hey what is that bottle cap in the background :)
