Wow, somebody is going to be REAL happy!

I especially love the s-guard...

YAAAAAAAAAAAA!
SNAP!!!

Both really nice. Got a little belly on that first blade. Seems a little unusual for your blades. Works though.
Your damascus fittings always turn out soooooo good.

Don,

Every one you post is a treasure to behold. WOW. I have been looking for some inspiration lately I just found it.:D:thumbup:

Don, There's a reason I don't use fossil walrus ivory. You always get there first. Great looking knives! You have really got the control of the clay.

Fantastic bowies. I like the second one best, the ivory looks better and the fittings are more to my taste.

Nice work!

Kind regards,

Jos

Wow, those are both sweet. The second one really draws me in though. The spacer is often one my favorite parts to your bowies and that really holds true with these.

Wow, those are amazing! I really like the S guard. Also I love the ivory!

Well, I see the stag is back in the closet. ;) Two super looking bad boys, Don. I really like the sweeping S-guard. That one might need a special case?

The damascus bowie is awesome. The guard/ferrule rocks on that baby!

I like seeing those big bowies coming out of your shop.

- Joe

Mighty nice pieces, Don.
What's the ferrule made of, on the second one..?

Russ, the ferrule is made from 1080, 203E, 1084 and 15N20.
This one etched kind of weird but I like the results.

Thanks for the good words folks!

I hesitate to post my photos because I much prefer Coop's
but unfortunately these two didn't make it to Coop :o

Great looking Bowies!!!!!!

What is the damascus mix on the blade? to get such a nice hamon
