Hello blade forums friends -
I was sitting at my desk today looking at a couple Bushbuck EDC prototypes I made a couple months back. Honestly, they are exactly that, prototypes. These two knives have a blasted finish on the blade, however, the issue was that the media we used was a bit too course which looked pretty bad **s until we went to engrave our logo on it. The coarser matt finish and the laser just didn't get along all that well, and therefore the logo is just not up to my standards. So I resolved the issue moving forward and put these two knives in my drawer. Sitting here today, I realized that they are perfectly functional knives and may make someone happy at a good price. So, I figured I would ping blade forums first to see if anyone was interested before putting them up on the website.
Some specifics: These are our Bushbuck model (see our website for other bushbucks at www.mgmknives.com), both have G10 handles. One in black and other in olive green. They are both made from CPM154 and both tested out at just above 60Rc. They have a blasted finish and have thumb grooves on the top of the blade for additional grip. They come in at about 8" OAL, and tip to handle of about 3-3/4". Weight is approx. 6.4oz. I will supply them with your choice of a soft sided zippered case or a basic leather sheath. Each will come complete in a walnut presentation box and a certificate of authenticity. Price is $100 for the black and $95 for the green. As always, please let me know if you have any questions, and check our website for the latest knives.
Thanks so much!

I know you are selling these but I have a suggestion, being you are a new maker on BF why not do a pass around with one of these blades so people on here can review them and give feedback; it would hElp get your name and quality out there more, a lot of makers do that here.

PS I'll take the Green one

Thanks Mr. LCV for the suggestion! And thanks for the purchase as well! I have a couple questions regarding sheath/case and how you would like it sharpened. In the meantime, I put both on the website so they can be purchased. As soon as it is purchased I will take it back down. Thanks so very much again for your purchase.

I'll take the black one .I pay by personal check if you accept them and you can ship the knife when the check clears the bank .Please reply to my E-MAIL ADD. GMH370601@AOL.COM.thanks in advance! Gary Hale,Lilburn ,Ga.

Thanks everyone. As you can see the knives have been sold. Thanks so much. If there is anything I can make for any of you, please just let me know.

Just got off the phone with Markus And I have to say it was a pleasure speaking to him, he seems to be 100% dedicated to the customer, can't wait to get my knife from him I'll do a review on the blade after some outings with it.

Welcome to Blade Forums. I'm looking forward of seeing more of your work. If you keep prices like that, you'll sell out every time. I'd definitely take one the next time around.

Thanks Alex - unfortunately at prices like that I couldn't pay the electricity here at the shop! Those were prototypes with an issue with the finish. But we will have some "less fancy" knives coming out soon at a lower price point than, say, our mammoth tooth ones!
