I have 2 premium balisongs available today.
Descriptions:
Aggressive Bowie: Blade is 4" Bohler N690 stainless, deep hollow grind with full
mirror finish, riding on ikbs. Logos are deep etched.
Handles have polished high end marble carbon fiber held on with polished satin
hardware. Liners, back spacers, and latch are all polished as well
with the liners being jeweled on the inside. SOLD

Special Tanto one off: Blade is 4" Bohler N690 stainless, deep hollow grind bevels
with convex grind tip. Two tone finish with bevels being mirror
and flats satin, riding on ikbs. Logos are deep etched.
Handles have polished high end marble carbon fiber held on with polished satin
hardware. Liners, back spacers, and latch all have crackd ice finish
with the liners being jeweled on the inside. SOLD

I've never been much in to Balis, but these are gorgeous. I appreciate the craftsmanship...you'd have to be a blind fool not to. I'm sure they'll sell fast.
 
These are gorgeous! However i am relatively new to knives, and was curious what about these knives justifies a $1500 price tag? I'm genuinely curious.
 
As with anything in a free market, price is set by supply/demand. There are exactly one of each of these beautiful knives. Each is a piece of functional art.

For the amount of hand work Sam puts into his knives thats actually a pretty fair price. He is one of very few makers that free hand grinds his blades and even swedged. I'm not aware of anyone else that free hands swedges and gets the same level of symmetry
 
Although I'm not a bali guy those are two beautiful blades with some awesome grinds, very nice.
