Yeah, that is too bad... I am sorry that happened to you. I obviously know that fire, burglary, and other situations can occur... But I take the risks because the pleasures of my hobby outweigh the risks for me. But, I totally understand the concern(s).

Homeowners insurance was not sympathetic even with pics. Paid me current value for trappers at the time. Mine were all pre-64--KV
