Cowbells and Crossroads

Envelopes are labeled and will head to the Post Office in the morning.

Going out to Dennis, Ray, Jared, Scott H., Mack, Scott W., and Chris. If I missed anyone let me know.

Still some left if anyone else is interested.

Congratulations on making this decision, John.
Realizing stagnation doesn't always happen, much less being able to break through it, and I have no doubt you will make the most of it. Going to be really interesting to see where you take Redmeadow Knives from here.

Glad it made it!
Now you can fix that leaky pipe, or patch a hole in your jeans!:D

This post should be it's own thread and is long overdue but I wanted to say a huge thank you to RayseM RayseM

I'm weird about receiving gifts, always have been. It's not that I don't like or appreciate them, I do too much and it makes me uncomfortable, yeah, I'm weird that way, always have been. Ray has a sixth sense and somehow knew that because when I got a large package in the mail from him after he received the Knife he so patiently waited for I thought, "Oh no Ray, what did you do". I was humbled to open it and find a kind and genuine gift for the much better half. Three beautifully handmade bead necklaces for her to choose from. The attention to detail in the pieces and the presentation of these is nothing short of awesome.

Ever see museum custodians handle ancient artifacts, or dinosaur bones? Watching my wife (who is way out of my league), carefully remove them from their boxes and trying them on one at a time, over and over and was awesome, she was in heaven. The kids saw what was happening and Mel lit up even more. When our 5 yr old girl said "Mom, you look like a princess in that one" she knew the Black Onyx was the one.

Pictures don't do these justice, Melissa and I can't thank you enough.

The hand written letters, Coins, Hats, supplies and little things that I've received from the Clan of the Cowbell are absolute Treasure to me and I want you guys to know that I appreciate it.

Ray, you have some serious talent, Thank you. I'm certain the Black Onyx is going to find it's way around Portland during blade.

For a moment in time we were overwhelming each other. I was greatly moved by your dedication, craftsmanship, artistry and care with the exquisite Smoke Stack Bullnose you sent to me. I am very happy that I could share some of the same considerations in return. Melissa happy/John happy. :) Thanks for sharing.

'Nuff said - I'm blushing now.
