Greetings from Croatia! Here I am with another piece of my workhorse knives. This time a great slicer. Customer give him a name "Cowboy"

Measurements: 15,5cm Blade / 27cm Overall
Handle- Natural Ipe wood + messing bolster
Steel: AISI 1075
