I don't lend out my knives anymore, but I remember back when I did. It was common to see the user jump when they cut something because they didn't realize just how sharp I kept the edge.
The question is, did he pay for his stitches, or did the company?
I assume it was the company, and if it was the case, there probably will be policy change. Companies don't like paying for stupid. Just too bad that it ruins it for the non stupids.
