Good Afternoon,

Its been quite a while since I was last able to get a blade to the forums been very busy with orders. For sale today is a W2 cleaver that I have been working on off and on for a few months. Blade was hand sanded to 2000 grit then etched to bring out the hamon. There is quite a bit more activity than what appears in the picture I am not having very good luck capturing it. The sheath is a hybrid leather and kydex with belt loop.

Price is $375 , shipping is included to continental United States via USPS flat rate box. I will ship internationally but the buyer is responsible for loss during transit, any potential customs issues, and must pay the difference in shipping costs. Preferred payment is via paypal. Please contact me at cpeknives@gmail.com

Comments are welcome thank you for looking,

I may not bee seeing it clearly because of the small pictures on my phone but it looks like the hardening line is below the edge in a couple of spots. Maybe you could post a couple of picture showing the hamon a little better?

Yeah I tried to get better pics but I can't seem to pick it up the actual line starts right under the milled holes then there is activity all the way to the cutting edge. The clay was placed right under the milled holes when I hardened the blade there is a couple pictures on my website pre-hardening. I will try to get a couple more pic's in the sun tomorrow.

Thank you Mike was watching a Lord of the Rings movie when I drew this one

Well if you're going to neglect us here on the forums this is a hell of a piece to come back with :) very nice and good to see you back.

If you zoom on the pictures the hamon is apparent quite high up. I can see what you mean about lots of activity :)

Thank you Chris being a part time maker it is hard to keep up some times and its a lot of fun bringing something interesting to blade forums.
