I recently discovered that Rare Breed Rye is pretty darn tasty. I didn't bother trying it before because, well, wild turkey, lol. A friend insisted that I try it and I'm glad I did.

Yep. We rarely see the "good stuff" unless we have an in at the "ABC Store". But honestly, it doesn't make me no never mind most days. I can always find something worth having. (Of course, the bottle you sent is reserved for special days, like last night.)

Yeah, it's very rare that I can get it locally. In fact on the rare occasion that my local store gets some in, the mgr will put aside a bottle in the back for me, and it's like a 'special' occasion.

I'm traveling in CA right now, and I walked into an Albertson's grocery store the other day, and they had a shelf full of it, for normal price. Go figure.

Yeah, I mean, I like Eagle Rare a lot, but it would take a lot more than that for me to want to move to CA. In fact, I'm not sure there is anything.
