The Basic 5" Field Knife is sold
Miller Bros blades M22 Bowie
$975 OBRO
975$ shipped (insurance extra ) No Trades - except gold maybe silver
New never used
If you though Busse Combat blades were ready for the apocalypse, these are ready for the apocalypse of the apocalypse. Do you need a knife to chop a tree - skin a animal , cut a car in half , kill a roving band of bandits this is your one knife !!!
These are my measurements as I could not find the specs online.
8.5” blade - 6” handle total 14” 5/8”.
Coating - well it’s not - it’s their own super Kewl forced patina or something process - the best I have seen.
Blade - Z- Wear 5/16” thick .3125 - .315 , Slightly under 2” wide. The Blade stock is thick , to my surprise the edge geometry is well designed and is a high flat grind - WTF does that mean ??? It weel cut and cut well. It thins out nicely making it a very usable blade. If you look at the close up of the tip there is a small roll - came like that from the Bros - should be able to be cleaned up with a strop.
The sheath it self could beat an intruder to death. Well
Made with leather highlights. Currently set up for left hand carry - comes with the Allen wrench so you can swap it.
