CPK Camping/Backpacking Trio.

Also a UL backpacker. 3 knives is ridicules. When I first started backpacking years ago the first couple times I went out I carried a busse B11 and a Kershaw leek and never really used the busse just the leek so I quit carrying choppers cause I was getting more weight conscious of my pack. Last week long trip I went out on I carried a microtech ludt and it managed every task I needed to do. You dont need a big'ol chopper to process wood, just your foot for most cases. Take a DEK 1 with you and call it a day. You'll thank me later. Now car camping, different story.

Car camping is such a struggle. I want to not only bring but CARRY everything lol

The only time I pack in a larger knife when backpacking is in the winter. I'll bring either the FK2 or HDFK and a Silky Gomboy 240.

HDMC and FK(1). For a 2 knife.
Can't get your hands on the FK? Go with the DEK1... As long as you've got the chopper, the DEK will handle the knifey (non-abusive) duties.

The HDFK just wasn't for me...I can't/won't say anything bad about it - I considered keeping it because it's a fine piece of CPK awesomeness - but I knew I'd never use or appreciate it.
