Knife is sold
Hey fellas, got a Carothers Heavy Duty Field Knife in used but good condition and am asking $old shipped from Australia.
Ive used it multiple times and as a result she has some scratches on both sides. Havent used it enough to where ive needed to sharpen it and it still cuts paper with the original makers edge.
Ive tried to capture the scratches but as you can imagine its hard to get a detailed picture of them unless you get the light to bounce off them in the right way but rest assured the scratches are definitely there.
In short youll be getting a perfectly good conditioned HDFK thats gotten some nice marks put on there for you so nobody on the forum can say all your knives are safe queens. Really i should be charging more for the service if i think about it...
PS if youre looking for a busse Flack Jack with snowy micarta scales in similar condition for a similar price along with a cool sheath ive got a sale up for that too or PM me, would be happy to make a package deal for both.
