Like GreX, I know of good quality indoor beds, but haven't used or left them outdoors...so no joy.

Anyone have a good recommendation on an outdoor dog bed? German Shepard size and soft

My German Shepherd dogs have multiple Kuranda beds. Some of the beds stay out on the porch and others are inside. They hold up well and have various pads you can get that have loops that go around the legs so they don’t slide around. I would recommend them. I’ve had mine around 5 years and they are in like new condition. I have the aluminum ones.

We used these indoors, but I see no reason why they shouldn’t work outdoors: look for “K9 Elevated Dog Bed”. The dogs love them, even though they don’t seem cushy to the human eye …. Like a hammock for puppies.

My youngest daughter has really been thrilled to finally be big enough to feed the dog. Unfortunately she overfeeds the old girl, so I can't let her do it every time, but it is very sweet. And she is so proud of getting to feed the dog.
