I’d like to introduce our new dog Moose. Lost our last one to kidney failure in February during my recovery from hip replacement. He’s 5 years old and loves to fetch. Very willing to get up early for a walk and is very good with other dogs, now just need to get him used to our cat who has been with for the last 12 years. We picked him up on July 3rd so we’re getting used to each other but so far a great boy.IMG_1376.jpeg

Congratulations Martin and family!
Heelers are the best, but they’re known to not like cats, or squirrels, or lizards, or raccoons ,or snakes, or cows, or horses, or birds, or bikes, or skateboards, or scooters, or some cars…. etc..
Basically, they’ll like you and maybe 3 other humans, if those humans are lucky.
Best dog ever though 😂

Yes, the new born this year are now fending for themselves. Water is just as important too.
Good for you on helping out 👍
They often climb into the birdbath in the backyard and the river is 465 yards away from my front porch. Water is in abundance. Back yard is a wilderness area with trails.IMG_9509.jpeg
