CPK Pet Thread

I'm still loving on the Sadie dog, but she only likes the puppy in small doses and somebody's got to take the puppy out. ;)

Looks like you don't mind at all. Nathan better be careful because Jo's maternal instincts have kicked into overdrive and who know as to what that may lead to  :D :D :D :p

Can’t wait till he gets bigger lol, but then where will I sit ????? He thinks he’s a lap dog , currently that’s ok at 24lbs but then what lol.

My 87 lb. GSD still thinks that she's a lap dog and if given vestige of a chance, she'd jump into our laps!!! The 11 lb. gremlin Yorkie on the other hand, the most distant butthole of a dog ever

Oscar, a terror to sprinklers everywhere.

He'd only go around it clockwise so his entire right side would be soaked while his left side stayed dry.

Miss him every day.

Like the Moon! The dark-side of the Moon has almost none of those darker regions which look like continents / oceans contrast which the visible side has.

Any of you clever clogs know as to why?

Because of the alien base and all their activity.
Because the man in the moon isn’t two-faced.
Because of something to do with Pink Floyd.
Because of no sunlight.

No magma flows. Dark side wasn’t impacted by huge asteroid/s.

You're only 1/2 correct ;)

The dark-side actually shows more and vaster astroid impacts because the craters are not covered by the solidified magma, but the reason that side does not have magma flow is because NASA and the planetary scientists have determined that the dark-side's crust is thicker by about over a mile, i.e, the Moon's center has shifted by about 2-3 kilometers  (1.6 KM = 1 Mile) so hot magma could not flow to the surface through cracks like the more shallow nearside!

There're competing theories as to why, one being that there were actually two moons formed orbiting Earth and the smaller one eventually ran into the larger one at a much lower impact speed which cause the two to meld and merge rather than a violent smash causing break up and massive fragmentation. The other being that because Earth was super hot itself after their formation, the nearside of the Moon got cooked faster than the farside which took longer to cool off this forming a thicker layer. There are also other theories out there but I was not there and even if I was, I wouldn't have a CPK on me to stab the Moon to test thickness :D

There's still hope bro :D

Other very interesting material if you're anything like me who prefers animals over people, unless they make great knives :p

What a catch! Like a BAWSS. My two Shiba's could catch like that, which meant they were terrible at a dog park. Because a rabbit sized dog is just more vermin to shred when you're breed is basically a medium sized Wolf. No one at the doge park wants to be your friend when the first thing your dogs do is go into a hunting posture when they see a Chihuahua.

Gypsy isn't my favorite because she fetches beer, does math on an abacus, or any chore she does for me. She's just there and she wants everyone to be happy and loved. She's been more constant than my own family these past years. Got some bad news Tuesday morning and she knew it, with her nasty ole stank breath of Death's Butthole.

Goddamn she's the best.

^ I've seen pics of this goon (the one on the right) all clean shaven and can tell you that he cleans up pretty well, despite his oft ruffian outwardly appearances. So I'm thinking, who the frak does he remind me of and then it all of a sudden hit me! If you look at Grog in the absolutely right light with the Universe all lined up in his favor, he looks a bit like Christian Bale when Christian is all fooqued up.

I think this is about as close I can get to paying a compliment :D
