Sorry for the lighting but I had to run out between raindrops and the wind's blowing and it's dark and it's gettin ready to storm like a mutha, but I was so excited I wanted to post these up...so if you see little spots it's tiny raindrops or lighting--- not the machining, which is immaculate!

What does the title mean? You may want to make it reductive so that it shows up in searches.

Thanks for sharing as the DEF is heckuva CPK for the $. I know that it has slowed down Nathan & Crew because of its challenging geometry but he has given those who opted for it, IMHO, a lot of knife for that $150 price bump. I'm very, very glad that I got on board for 2. The wait time is more than worthwhile

USPS just dropped off the one I picked up from the CPK Buy/Sell thread. It's awesome!

Almost identical to the one pictured, but I think mine is buffed double black micarta. Wow, I REALLY like the buffed double black.

I think I'm going to contact Jo about getting some black screws though. While the stainless screws provide a nice contrast aesthetically, I'd prefer the handle to just be completely black.

Yeah, there's no doubt that this knife is geared more specifically towards fighting vs the UF.

Definitely no regrets about choosing a 2nd DEF over a 2nd Ek knives dagger.

Although I’m extremely fortunate to have scored this my luck was not as great in scoring one of them other very rare CPK birds
