Raiders fan myself. I have known many 9er fans. My brother in law is a 49er fan. He has been known to refer to Seattles team as the seacocks. A SeaCoCK is something different. A good friend of mine bought me a bottle of that last year, and after telling him how much I liked it he bought me two bottles this year. I plan to do the same as you and cellar it for a while since I’ve heard it gets even better that way.This ale was in my stocking for Christmas. Apparently it develops further in the bottle for up to 5 years so I am going to cellar it for awhile and try it at a later date.
