CPKs and beer!!!!

West coast IPAs are not their wheelhouse, still not sure I've had a bad beer from Trillium, so quite good.

Tons of honey on the front and then the chai on the finish - the bourbon was a bit lost in the mix and it for sure did not drink like 13.6% ABV - my wife does not like beer, and even she said it was pretty tasty.
I'm a big fan of bourbon stouts and there's quite a few brands available to me here but not many I've seen that deviate into any weird tasty territory like that one you posted. I picked this one up last year from a localish place that did a limited run. Should've bought a few.

Not sure what I'm saving it for but I expect it will be delightful.

Sounds like you're waiting for me and an empty glass, lol!

That does sound delicious - I too have far too many cellar queen beers, where I have no idea what occasion I'll finally crack it for, then about two years ago, I decided the day ending in the letter "Y" was good enough a reason as any, and started finally drinking some of them - but I have a few that have been in the cellar for more than a decade, for "just the right occasion".
