CPM 4V

I had a problem . My commercial stainless steel cabinet had some kind of hardened goop on the edge . Tried solvents but no luck. Then I thought of scraping it off . Then I remembered the BR CPM 4V. I had been fooling around with it just for casual testing . So does it scrape ?
I started at a shallow angle and increased it That was fine but then as I removed the goop I saw something glinting in the goop. !! Little bits of stainless steel that I was removing from the cabinet !
I think BR sends those blades out for HT . But it will work great for those stainless steel deer around here ! Found another great steel for my knives !

What Matt said. 3V is good stuff but I find 4V much better, especially at 62 and above.
