The blade is 4" long, 1" wide and about 1/8" thick at the bolster. Nicely tapered to the tip. Blat bevels, very thin edge, razor sharp. It has satin finish hand rubbed finish with 800 grit. The bolster and the butt cap are Stainless Steel. The handle is beautiful Black Walnut Burl. Stabilized and polished with carnauba wax.
I hand engraved the bolster and the butt cap and consider this engraving one of my best as for today. My makers mark is incorporated in the design on the front side of the bolster.
The knife has hidden tang design with the threaded tang through the handle and a nut under the butt cap. Permamently assembled with epoxy.
The sheath is hand stiched and wet fit. I used 8-9 Oz vegitanned leather. It is hand tooled, pyrographed and dyed. Finished with carnauba wax.
